简要规则描述：******资源局提供产业用地综合绩效评估和更新调查技术服务。本次产业用地综合绩效评估和更新调查技术服务基于下发产业用地底板，以单个地块为评估单元，开展底版优化、全要素数据补充汇集、用地主体自评、综合评估等全面排摸评估工作，并在此基础上为识别低效用地、编制处置方案提供技术支撑服务。本轮浦东新区产业用地综合绩效评估调查工作共涉及宗地面积约123平方公里。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）

Brief Specification Description: This project intends to select a qualified supplier to provide technical services for the comprehensive performance evaluation and update survey of industrial land for the Shanghai Pudong New Area Planning and Natural Resources Bureau through a public approach. The comprehensive performance evaluation and update survey technical service of industrial land is based on the issuance of the industrial land floor, with a single plot as the evaluation unit, to carry out the optimization of the base plate, the supplementary collection of all factor data, the self-assessment of the main body of the land use, the comprehensive assessment and other comprehensive evaluation work, and on this basis, to identify inefficient land and prepare the disposal plan to provide technical support services. rs. 123 square kilometers. 合同履约期限：合同签订之日至2025年10月30日前完成所有工作并经采购人验收通过。

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
